Create a reservation app for Wellness centra. Existing reservation systems didn’t provide enough flexibility for resource allocation.
Wellness receptionists spend a lot of time making reservations for treatments. The correct allocation of resources (people, rooms & material) is also critical for these Wellness institutes. If a customer is booking a reservation for a treatment for 3 persons (with a different set of services for each person) then the back-end needs to ensure that all the necessary staff and equipment is available and reserved for this treatment.
We created a solution where the Wellness customers can make their reservations via both the website or web app. As a result the time the receptionists spend making reservations dropped with more than 50% and the cancellation rate decreased because customers are always asked for an advance.
