The Challange
Traditional, product-centric ways to compete (on price, quality, features) are necessary, but insufficient to lock-in customer relationships. Other companies can imitate these sources of differentiation, and customers can quickly change to your competitors.
The Solution
Retailers & service providers that implement loyalty programs can, however, create bonds with their customers that can reduce the likelihood of switching – and drive greater margins. At Appdnd we build an app that is used at the counter of retail stores where consumers can save points in order to receive certain awards.
